3D Assets for the Main Level











It's been a while but here's a recent Dev Log in terms of the 3D assets for the game ARHS.
We decided to go with 1 main level for now in terms of what we can work with given the scope of the project. In our main level there's 3-4 rooms with 1 T-Shaped hallway. Each room should now have assets that correspond to the different types of room that can be found within the level. Rooms such as: the Storage room, the Office Room, and the Electronics Room. Some of the assets that can be found inside the rooms are things like: An office chair, a Desk, Sealed cardboard boxes, Shelves that will be stocked, Robot parts (Arms, Legs, and other body parts), as well as a variety of tools.
Another thing that we looked at, in terms of the level, was making modular pieces for the level. Things such as: different types of Walls, Corner pieces, panes of glass, door frames, and vent pieces.
The robot now also has different variations in animations depending on it's current state. What this means is that there's an animation: when it's dazed, when it's walking toward you, and attacking you.
